RESERVATION POLICY:

• For reservations online, full payment by credit card is required. Card used for payment must be presented during check-in.
• All rentals start at the time of reservation, please plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. This will allow time to park, complete paperwork and receive instructions.
• Every passenger must fill out our Liability Waiver, please look for a confirmation email with a link to your waivers. Copy the link and send it to your guests as well as the booking ID. All passengers must sign the waiver virtually at least 24 hours before your rental.
• In the event of an early return due to rain, lightening or severe weather, we will issue an in-store credit for any portion of unused time valid for one year.
• There are no rebates for late arrivals or early returns.

RENTAL POLICY:

• All drivers must be born before September 1, 1993 and have a valid ID (government issued ID or driver license) State Law.
• Customers agree to follow all state and local laws as well as Just For Fun rules given in the customer orientation.
• All fuel, safety equipment and instruction are included in the rental price.
• Please feel free to bring food and beverages. Water is recommended.
• Leashed pets are allowed.
• NOTE: No DJs or Bands Permitted on Party Barges (New Rule on Lake Travis.)
• CAUTION: Charging admission to an event where alcohol is provided is a violation of state law.

Deposit Refund/Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund will be given in the event of rain at our location at your scheduled time of departure.
• In the event of lake closure by government authority or conditions that we deem in our sole discretion to be unsafe a full refund will be given.
• Cancellations made in writing or by e-mail for any other reason prior to 5 days from departure will result in an in-store credit towards a future rental valid for one year.
• All other cancellations will result in the forfeit of any payment made.
• There are no rebates for late arrivals or early returns.
• We regret we cannot make exceptions to these policies.

Our online system requires credit card payment for your rental in advance. Please keep in mind that Cancellation Policies will remain the same.
